SpiroChem is pleased to sponsor the 16th Swiss Course on Medicinal Chemistry 2026, taking place from October 4–9, 2026 in Leysin, Switzerland.
Organized by the Division of Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology of the Swiss Chemical Society, the five-day course focuses on modern aspects of small molecule drug discovery, highlighting methodologies and technologies supporting hit generation, lead finding and lead optimization.
The program brings together young scientists working in medicinal chemistry and related disciplines, as well as experienced medicinal chemists, PhD students and postdoctoral researchers. The course combines teaching on key topics of strategic relevance for medicinal chemistry with hands-on tutorials applying theoretical concepts to real-life challenges in preclinical drug discovery.
Gerhard Mueller, PhD – CSO is a co-organizer of the course and will participate in the meeting in Leysin.
